To provide additional peace of mind, Grownsy offers Worry-Free Delivery®, an optional shipping protection service powered by Seel, a third-party provider independent from Grownsy’s standard return and refund policy.

When selected at checkout, Worry-Free Delivery® helps protect your order against certain unexpected shipping issues, including:

  • Packages lost in transit
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Packages stolen or missing after delivery
  • Shipments that are significantly delayed

Worry-Free Delivery® is available for an additional fee calculated at approximately 2% of your order value. The exact fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Eligible claims are handled directly through Seel’s claims process and may result in a refund or replacement, often without lengthy investigations.

 

Important Notice:

  • If Worry-Free Delivery® is not selected, Grownsy’s liability for shipping-related issues is limited. Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Grownsy cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages.
  • Shipping-related issues for orders without Worry-Free Delivery® may be reviewed on a reasonable, case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed to qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • By selecting Worry-Free Delivery®, you agree to Seel’s coverage terms and claims procedures.
  • For orders protected by Worry-Free Delivery®, claims must be submitted directly through Seel before requesting assistance from Grownsy.

2. order cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

 

After Shipment

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If your order has shipped, you may request a return after delivery only if the item meets the eligibility requirements outlined below.

3. 30-day return policy (non-defective items)

We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  2. The item must not show signs of testing, assembly, or use
  3. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, inserts, and free gifts must be included
  4. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required
  5. The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or approved with a partial refund, at Grownsy’s discretion.

4. restocking, packaging & handling fee

For approved non-defective returns that meet our return eligibility requirements, a 20% restocking, packaging, and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

This fee helps cover:

  • Original outbound shipping and logistics costs
  • Packaging materials and fulfillment handling
  • Product inspection, processing, and restocking

 

Please Note:

  • Original shipping fees, handling fees, and taxes are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • The 20% fee applies to all non-defective returns
  • Additional deductions may apply if returned items are incomplete, damaged, or show signs of use

By submitting a return request, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable fees outlined in this policy.

5. non-returnable items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless confirmed to be defective:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing components

6. defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To assist with verification, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the specific situation.

 

Important Notice:

  1. Issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects.
  2. If a replacement is provided, the issue will generally be considered resolved. Additional refunds will not be issued unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not be approved.

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions
  3. Ship the item back following the provided guidelines
  4. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
    Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

8. refund processing time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for refund processing after inspection
  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

9. shipping & customs fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be defective
  • Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any fees resulting from refusal to accept delivery are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility

  • Grownsy reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy
  • Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in unacceptable condition
