1. Return Policy

- The item must be in brand new, unused condition, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, user manuals, and tags.

2. Exchange Policy
If you receive a product with quality issues, you can request an exchange within 60 days of receiving the item. Our exchange requirements are as follows:
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
- Wearable items must not have been worn and must have tags attached.

3. Order Cancellation

4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and confirm the return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping Fees and Taxes
Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable, and the customer will bear the return shipping costs. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
6. Extended Warranty Policy
For certain battery-operated products, we offer a 1-year warranty (2 years for the EU), covering normal wear and tear. Please retain your proof of purchase. If you encounter any issues within the warranty period, contact us, and we will provide repair, replacement, or refund.
Note: Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications is not covered under warranty.
