Where does Grownsy ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 states within the USA and APO/FPO addresses as well. We do not ship to U.S. territories or P.O. box addresses.
Does Grownsy ship internationally?
Unfortunately, Grownsy does not ship internationally at the moment. Please keep visiting our websites for updates around this matter.
How long does it typically take to receive my Grownsy order?
Standard shipping typically takes 6-8 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). The time is calculated from when the package leaves our distribution center. Shipping time does not include order processing time, meaning the shipping period starts once the order is fully processed.
For remote areas, the package may require additional shipping time, up to 20 business days. While we do our best to deliver your order in a timely manner, the shipping times may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., holidays, pandemics, supply chain disruptions).
How can I find out the shipping cost for my order?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Within the continental United States, orders of $49 or more qualify for free shipping.
How will my package be shipped?
Amazon is our logistics partner, responsible for shipping GROWNSY products. They will choose the carrier they deem best for our customers.
I ordered multiple items. Will they be delivered at the same time?
We strive to ensure all items are delivered simultaneously. However, some products may not always be shipped together, as different shipping methods may apply depending on the product. You will receive a shipping notification email once the items are dispatched.
My package couldn’t be delivered. Can you reship it?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or no one being available to sign for it, we will cancel the order and process a refund. We do not offer reshipping services. Please ensure the correct address is provided at the time of order.
What should I do if my Grownsy product arrives damaged or is lost in transit?

Lost or Delayed Packages
Occasionally, packages may be delayed after shipping, especially in international deliveries. If your package has not arrived within 14 days, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
