Shipping Policy

Please ensure that your order address information is accurate and detailed, as once the package is shipped, we are unable to resend it. It is your responsibility to check and verify.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. In cases of invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other issues, processing may take longer than expected. Once processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the package in real-time.

2. Order Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes 6-8 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). The time is calculated from when the package leaves our distribution center. Shipping time does not include order processing time, meaning the shipping period starts once the order is fully processed.

For remote areas, the package may require additional shipping time, up to 20 business days. Shipping times may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., holidays, pandemics).

3. Free Shipping Policy

Within the continental United States, orders of $49 or more qualify for free shipping. For addresses that do not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to U.S. territories or P.O. box addresses. International shipping is available only to certain countries and regions; please check at checkout for more details.

5. How will my package be shipped?

Amazon is our logistics partner, responsible for shipping GROWNSY products. They will choose the carrier they deem best for our customers.

I ordered multiple items. Will they be delivered at the same time?

We strive to ensure all items are delivered simultaneously. However, some products may not always be shipped together, as different shipping methods may apply depending on the product. You will receive a shipping notification email once the items are dispatched.

6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or no one being available to sign for it, we will cancel the order and process a refund. We do not offer reshipping services. Please ensure the correct address is provided at the time of order.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

Occasionally, packages may be delayed after shipping, especially in international deliveries. If your package has not arrived within 14 days, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
