1.shipping destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses.

Please note:

  • We do not ship to U.S. territories
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses

2. international shipping

At this time, Grownsy does not ship internationally.

3. processing time vs. shipping time

Delivery timelines consist of two components:

  • Order processing time, which includes preparing and packaging your order before it leaves our distribution center; and
  • Shipping time, which refers to the transit period after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Important Notice: Shipping time begins only after your order has been processed and has left our distribution center.

4. estimated shipping time

Standard shipping typically takes 6–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), calculated from the date the package leaves our distribution center.

 

For remote or rural areas, delivery may require additional time, up to 20 business days.

 

Please note that shipping timelines may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to holidays, severe weather, pandemics, carrier disruptions, or supply chain issues.

5. shipping costs & free shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

 

Within the continental United States, orders of $35 or more qualify for free standard shipping, where applicable.

6. carrier & split shipments

We partner with Amazon Logistics and other third-party carriers to fulfill and deliver GROWNSY orders. The carrier is selected based on destination, service availability, and operational considerations.

 

If your order contains multiple items, we strive to ship them together. However, items may ship separately depending on the product, warehouse location, or shipping method.

 

You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information once items are dispatched.

7. address accuracy & order changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout, including apartment or unit number, gate code, and any other delivery-related details.

 

Before Shipment

If you need to update your address or correct order details, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. Changes may be possible before the order is processed and shipped.

 

After Shipment

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and address changes may no longer be possible once the package is in transit.

8. undeliverable / returned-to-sender packages 

If a package is returned as undeliverable—for example, due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missing delivery details, delivery refusal, or no one being available when a signature is required—we do not offer reshipping services at this time.

 

If the package is successfully returned to us, we will assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Any refund eligibility, applicable fees, and non-refundable charges will be handled according to that policy.

 

Important Notice:

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled
  • Fees related to delivery refusal or failed delivery attempts may be non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility

If you still need the item after an undeliverable return, the fastest option is to place a new order using a confirmed deliverable address.

9. lost, damaged, or significantly delayed packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Customer Support promptly.

 

If you selected Worry-Free Delivery®, an optional shipping protection service powered by Seel, at checkout, eligible shipping-related claims must be submitted directly through Seel’s claims process.

 

If Worry-Free Delivery® was not selected, shipping-related issues may be reviewed on a reasonable, case-by-case basis. However, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier.

10. when to contact us

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or within 14 days after the ship date for standard destinations, please contact our Customer Support Team and we will assist you in reviewing the issue.
