- 1.How long does delivery take?
- We process orders within 1-3 business days. Keep in mind that we’re closed on Sunday and national holidays.Once your order is processed, and is ready for shipping, you will get a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered to you within seven days!
- 2.How is the shipping cost?
- We offer FREE shipping on all orders before sales tax within the Continental US excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
For orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, a flat shipping rate of $11 is applied if the order is under 2 lbs. and $40 if the order is 2 lbs. or more.
- 3.How will my delivery be shipped?
- Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Grownsy products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
- 4. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
- We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
- 5. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
- Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If products are in their original condition (unopened, unmarked and in saleable condition), you will get full refund (minus any original shipping fee paid)
If the box is opened, refund can only be in the form of store credit in the amount of original purchase price (minus any original shipping fee paid).
If your product is eligible, you can initiate a return directly from your order history page on your account. You can also contact our Customer Care team to receive specific information about how to return an item. All refunds will be made to the original payment method, or a check will be issued to the purchaser upon receipt of the eligible item. Please allow up to two credit card billing cycles for refund processing.
