1-Year Limited Warranty: All Grownsy products purchased through our official website (grownsy.com) are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
Coverage Period Starts: The warranty period begins directly on the Order Date of your purchase.
Eligible Channels: This warranty applies exclusively to orders placed on grownsy.com. If you purchased your Grownsy item through third-party platforms or authorized retailers, please contact the original seller directly for warranty assistance.

2. what is covered

This warranty covers defects in materials, craftsmanship, or performance failures that prevent the product from operating normally under standard household use within the 1-year coverage period.

Resolution Method: If a valid manufacturing defect or non-human operational failure occurs, Grownsy will provide a free replacement unit (a new unit of the same or equivalent model).
Shipping Cost: For approved warranty claims arising from non-human operational failures, Grownsy will cover all shipping fees required to deliver your replacement unit.

3. what is not covered (exclusions)

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from external causes, human error, or ordinary wear over time. Specifically, warranty coverage will not be provided for:

Misuse & Accidents: Damage caused by improper assembly, falling, liquid exposure (unrelated to standard product operation), negligence, or failure to follow product manual instructions.
Unauthorized Alterations: Products that have been disassembled, repaired, modified, or altered by anyone other than Grownsy.
Normal Wear & Tear: Cosmetic deterioration, standard battery capacity degradation over time, scratching, or minor surface discoloration from routine use.
Third-Party Accessories: Operational issues or damage caused by using non-genuine Grownsy power adapters, cables, or non-approved parts.
Non-Official Orders: Products obtained second-hand, as free promotional gifts, or purchased outside of grownsy.com.
Force Majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters, electrical surges, or extreme environmental factors.

4. how to file a warranty claim

To request a replacement under warranty, please follow these simple steps:

Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your original grownsy.com Order Number or Order Confirmation email.
Submit Visual Evidence: Attach a clear photo or video demonstrating the issue or defect along with a brief description of the problem.

Our customer service team will review your submission within 1–2 business days. Once verified and approved, we will arrange for your replacement product to be processed and shipped promptly.

First 30 Days (Returns & Initial Issues): For returns for any reason within 30 days, or initial delivery issues (such as items arriving damaged, incomplete, or defective on delivery), please refer to our Return Policy.

Days 31 to 365 (Warranty Coverage): For technical defects or product operational failures occurring after 30 days and within 1 year from your order date, this Warranty Policy governs all replacements.
