Before putting the unit back together, make sure every washed component is fully dry.
No. Auto-clean clears the channel but does not remove all residue from tips, seals, and the mucus cup.
Detach those parts, wash them with warm soapy water, rinse, and air-dry after every session. This auto-purge feature reduces manual work in the airway; physical washing still provides the visible hygiene check.
Start with separate tips for each child whenever possible.
• After use, wash the approved silicone parts with warm soapy water, rinse, then disinfect only by the method and temperature stated in the manual.
• Air-dry completely and store them separately.
Do not share an unclean cup or tip, even though the Grownsy body has an auto-clean function.
If the collection cup reaches dynamic overfill, execute the following protocol immediately to prevent irreversible motor seize and cross-contamination:
- Power Off & Maintain Vertical Orientation: Shut off the unit instantly. Keep the device locked in an upright position to prevent residual fluid from siphoning into the motor’s vacuum channel.
- Detach the Chamber Assembly: Carefully remove the collection cup while keeping the main body vertical to avoid liquid migration toward the intake port.
- Sanitize & Air-Dry: Empty the reservoir. Wash all non-electrical components—including the collection cup, silicone tips, and anti-backflow membrane—with mild dish soap and warm water. Allow components to air-dry fully before reassembly; moisture ingress in the airway directly compromises suction pressure.
- Inspect Seals & Run Auto-Purge: Check the anti-backflow valve for micro-tears or viscous buildup. Run the device's auto-purge sequence to flush any condensation trapped near the internal manifold.

This nasal aspirator works okay. It’s easy to charge and has a long battery life. The suction is not as strong as I would like but it does suck out the snot/boogers just enough for me to get it out with a tissue. However, do I prefer a manual aspirator since it’s quicker but this gets the job done.

I already liked the older version of this Grownsy booger sucker more than my previous Frida electric sucker. This is upgrade from the older version is even better! Effective and easy to clean. I appreciate the white light for nighttime booger sucking as well.

We love the grownsy nasal aspirators! I had to purchase this one specifically for its back flow feature. We previously used the original aspirator, however, overtime we’ve had issues with it leaking into the base causing it to not work as well. But now with this upgrade, you can flush out the base when there’s any leaks! It has different levels of suction and that’s one of the main things I love about it. Does a great job sucking out all the boogies! I deducted a star because it is very loud compared to the original aspirator and I wish they had more sizing tip options.
In theory I love this but the suction isn’t that great, even with the new 5 levels. The music is also very creepy so I don’t use it. I find myself reaching for a bulb sucker more often than this. But my baby isn’t scared of it so I will keep it and try again. Will update if it gets better

It worked very well! Now I buy it as a baby gift for others. It sucks well, my 2 year old was cool with it, and it’s not too bad to clean.
Has good suction power. Battery lasts long. Cleaning is easy. Only issue is it's too loud even on lowest compared with other brands. Also music volume is too low even on high.

It gets the job done but rather noisy. There's lights and music however the music is drowned by the vibration of the item.
I loved how it worked, my baby actually likes it too. It broke after 2 months. The small piece inside broke first, not a huge deal. Then the top broke so it can’t connect on to the base. Super irritating as we are extremely careful with it.
Finally, a nasal aspirator that actually works. We use it with Little Noses saline drops—the ultimate "golden" duo for clear breathing. It has 3 suction levels and different tips for every stage. The lights and music are a total lifesaver for wiggly babies! Sanitizing takes a minute, but for a full night of sleep? Worth it.

This product SAVED ME! It’s pricey but totally worth it in my eyes! Best purchase by far for getting the boogers/snot out. Before the Aspirator broke it was amazing. The silicone tips were soft and I preferred the way these were shaped vs the Frida Aspirator especially when my baby was only a few months old. My fear with the Frida one was that it went too far up her nose even with the bulb design and it was so loud vs this one that wasnt loud at all so it was less jarring for her when i pulled it out to use it. Im giving it 3 stars because for whatever reason it broke after 2 uses, I believe the way its meant to be cleaned caused the device to short and no longer work. I am im the process of returning this item however I will repurchase to see if this happens again or if the one i got was just defective.
