I’ve been using the GROWNSY Baby Food Maker to make homemade purées for my baby and I really like how convenient it is. Being able to steam and blend in the same machine saves me time and means fewer dishes to wash. The purées come out smooth, and I like being able to control exactly what ingredients go into my baby’s food. It’s also easy to use and doesn’t take up too much space on my counter. So far I’ve used it for different fruits and vegetables and it has made introducing homemade foods much easier for us. I would definitely recommend it to parents who want a simple way to make fresh baby food at home.

FAQs on Grownsy Baby Food Processor
If you want to make homemade baby food in daily life and worry about the ingredients of baby pouches on the market, an all-in-one baby food processor is honestly a good option. It can do the steaming, blending, and even self-sterilization in one machine. Just put fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, or fish into the container, choose a mode, and the machine will automatically make a delicious and healthy puree or mash. You don’t need to spend extra hassle making purees for your baby.
Actually, yes. Compared with baby puree pouches or baby food jars, homemade baby food is reliable and cost-effective, as you can choose the ingredients that are actually healthy for your baby’s development. When it comes to convenient baby food, many parents are worried about the additives. Actually, too much sodium in some convenient products is potentially harmful to your baby’s growth. Also, never forget to check the ingredient list for honey—babies under 12 months should avoid it due to the risk of food allergens. So make homemade baby food part of your everyday routine, and keep puree pouches on hand for occasional convenience. Furthermore, it is worth considering investing in a baby food processor to save money and provide healthier food for your kids.
A baby food processor creates consistent textures for different feeding stages, from the thin first food stage to thicker, chunkier solid food as the baby grows. Moreover, its workflow is designed for baby food preparation, which simplifies the steps and workload in making homemade baby food. In contrast, a food blender is only built for liquids and smooth textures, like soups, smoothies, and sauces, which means you couldn’t control the texture of food. If you want to make baby purees for your little one, choosing a dedicated baby food processor is flexible and effective.
I love it
This machine makes making baby foods at home very user friendly. I wasn’t sure how I could go about making puree foods but this unit makes it easy. All you need to do is fill the water reservoir with clean water, purified or distilled and place chopped ingredients in the container, select a menu and it’ll do its magic. I also like the fact that most parts can be taken apart for thorough cleaning. The unit comes with a spare silicon gasket, user manual and a spatula. Unit has few modes. You can select the unit to blend or steam, or use the auto function to do both, where it’ll steam first and blend towards the end. It has a sanitize and cleaning mode as well. You shouldn’t expect cleaning mode to thoroughly clean the jar as it loosens up food particles so that it’s easier to clean later. However, my unit leaked a bit from the top during cleaning mode, so I just rinse and throw it in the dishwasher. Overall, excellent product that makes it easy to make baby foods at home. Highly recommended.
I love this baby food maker. It’s so easy to use, truly just put it together and hit go. The steaming times have been spot on so far for my 6 month old’s food. I made apple sauce by steaming for 15 minutes and then used the auto blend feature. It was perfect and so good! Carrot sticks steamed in 20 minutes (as recommended) and those I did not blend but served whole. I love that you can just set it and forget it. The capacity is a touch small; one large apple filled the basket. If you are looking to make a bunch of batches of baby food to freeze, this wouldn’t be the most efficient way. But for one or two fresh baby meals, this is an awesome way to cook without doing a ton of work or making a big mess! It’s quite easy to clean and compact and light enough to pull in and out of our pantry as needed. 5 stars!
This thing is genius. Make your baby food in an all in one machine and it sterilizes. Makes making foods for your baby super easy.
Absolutely love this product for homemade baby food and meals. Very easy to use, extremely easy to clean, instructions are clear and has visuals for food type. I was looking around for many other baby food makers and this one is not so big so doesn’t take up so much counter space as I don’t have much anyways and can be put away in the pantry easily.
I was on the fence purchasing this product. BUT this has hands down been one of the best tools I’ve purchased in a long. I’ve now made roughly 20 meals, and love how simple it is to put together meals for my son.
I absolutely love this baby food maker! From the moment I took it out of the box, I could tell it was going to make life easier—and it definitely delivers. It’s incredibly easy to use, even for someone like me who isn’t a kitchen pro. The controls are intuitive, and everything works seamlessly.
Prepping baby food used to feel like a whole production, but now it’s quick, simple, and actually kind of fun. Just pop in the fruits or veggies, push a button, and in minutes you have fresh, healthy food for your baby—no fuss, no mess. Cleanup is just as easy, which is a huge win. Most of the parts are come apart and the rest rinse clean with no effort and just touching the sanitize option you re ready to go for the next meal!
If you’re a parent who wants to feed your little one homemade food without sacrificing your time or sanity, this is a must-have. Highly recommend!
I contemplated needing this, however, I love how quick and efficient it is. I simply throw in whatever I want and steam it, and then can quickly puree it and it’s ready! I love not having to take a lot of time doing it myself when this machine makes the process 100x easier!
Well designed solution that makes solids prep easy. Been using 3+ twice daily with no issues.

My daughter loves it
It works great. I love that it's all one unit and doesn't take long to make baby food. I do not like that the strainer and container itself is plastic. Can we get away from making everything with plastic? We know it doesn't last as long and it isn't a safe option when dealing with high temperatures especially. I hate using plastic, especially for my infant. For the price paid, I think it would have been reasonable to at least make the basket with stainless steel or something more durable. People do not make things like they used to. I do not feel I got something durable for how much I paid.
Un producto excelente 2 en 1 super practico
High quality and truly saved my time!! Thanks!!
I like it, it works very well. Easy to maintain and to use
One of those impulse buys that turned out to be very smart. We love it.
I’ve already told all my friends with babies to get one. It’s that useful.
The price is fair considering how much convenience it adds to our day.
Anything that helps reduce stress is worth the investment. This is one of them.
It finishes quickly and lets you know when it’s done. Great for busy days.
We already use other products from this brand and this one is just as high quality.
I keep one in the car and one at home now. That’s how often we use it!
Lightweight, reliable, and doesn’t take up any space. We’re very satisfied.
Only flaw is a faint buzzing noise during operation. Still worth it.
We use it multiple times a day and it’s never let us down. It feels like a smart buy.
We took this on vacation and used it every day. No boiling or running to the sink.
It’s one of those little things that makes a big difference. We trust it completely.
Even my toddler figured out how to press the button! It’s that intuitive and safe.
It fits in the bottle pocket of my backpack, which makes it super convenient to carry.
